Lorraine McDonald

Lorraine was born in Montreal and brought up in Cornwall.  She majored in Marketing in College and then headed to the Nation’s Capital (Ottawa) to begin her career in Corporate Canada with Xerox.

After a move to the computer giant – Hewlett Packard – she was eventually promoted to Toronto where she held several senior positions in both Marketing and Sales.  

Most recently she was the co-owner & co-founder of Designs by Consign, a successful furniture consignment shop in Collingwood.

Lorraine has been very active locally – she previously was the Chair of Theatre Collingwood and has also volunteered with the Center for Small Business and Development Mentoring Program.  When she is not working she loves to cook, entertain and vacation on cruise ships.

As a Collingwood resident for the past 24 years, Lorraine has a wealth of local market knowledge.  She prides herself in her ability to build strong customer relationships.  In addition, Lorraine’s positive attitude, work ethic and attention to detail will help her succeed in her real estate carreer.   She is looking forward to working with both buyers and sellers in the South Georgian Bay Area.
